Payment & Delivery

We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):

• Cash on Delivery
• Card Payment & UPI
• Cash on collection

All orders in Kolkata, Saltlake, and Newtown are delivered with special care within 1-2 business days through our network.

Weekly delivery break: Monday
All orders received on Monday will be delivered by Tuesday.

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through our in-house courier network. All orders in Kolkata, Saltlake, and Newtown are delivered with special care within 48  hours through our network.

Free Standard Delivery (1-2 days): Free for orders above ₹999.

Upstairs Delivery Charges: If lift access is not available, an additional ₹20 per bag will be charged for carrying bags upstairs.

Orders received before 10am are dispatched on the same day or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order (whichever is later). Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
